Luther Gullick, a social scientist, presented a “POSDCORB” formula to present the process of educational administration. In the formula, the seven elements constitute its structure which analyse it by seven administrative functions. For example -P stands for Planning, O for Organizing, S for Staffing, D for directing, CO for Co-ordinating, R for Reporting and B for budgeting.
