The qualities of good objectives as given by Dr Bloom are as:
- They should be specific.
- They should be attainable.
- They should be based on psychological principles.
- They should be suited for the development of the student.
- They should help acquire democratic aims.
- They should be tangible in ordinary circumstances.
- They should be able to change and modify students' behaviour.
- They should be useful.
- They should be in terms of change expected in the pupil and not as duties of the teacher.
- Each statement should have only one objective in it.
