Who is a handicapped child?

Physically handicapped refers to a person who has a physical condition that, in any way, restricts or prevents him from participating in daily activities. In other terms, we may say that a person is considered handicapped if they have a disability. An impairment of structure or function that is objectively characterised as having a disability. Disability, for instance, is the inability to hear out of one ear or see out of one eye.
