Creativity tests developed by E. Paul Torrance, the eminent American psychologist cover both verbal and non-verbal activities performed by the subjects and are claimed to be successfully used from kindergarten to graduate school. The Torrance tests were used in approximately seventy-five per cent of all published studies of creativity involving elementary- and secondary school students, and forty per cent of all creativity studies with college students and adults.
