T-Group training is a tool for providing feedback to change instructor behaviour. It was created by Bethel and Mine in 1947. This group meets without a leader and has no set agenda or timetable. One T-Group meeting lasts for two to three hours and includes eight to twelve trainees. On the basis of their experiences, these participants provide some answers after discussing their own issues and lessons.
