A good Educational Administrator should be a problem solver and a witty minded individual. He/she should be industrious enough to carry out the activities and to solve any problem with great ease and efficiency. An educational administrator should play the role of an effective leader to lead and guide his institution adequately. Besides, an administrator should also be a good persuader, facilitator, battler and planner.
