The following are the main objectives of the Team-Teaching:
- To make the best use of attractive abilities, interests and expertise in the teachers' community.
- To make classroom teaching effective according to the interests and capacities of the pupils.
- To encourage flexibility in grouping the pupils. In this, the grouping of the pupils in a subject is done according to the interests and aptitudes of the pupil.
- To increase the quality of the instruction.
