How many dialects are there in the Kashmiri language?

Three main varieties of Kashmiri, each with distinctive characteristics, have historically been identified: the maraz dialect, which is spoken in South Kashmir; the kamraz dialect, which is spoken in North Kashmir; and the vamraz dialect, which is spoken in Srinagar, the state capital of J&K.
