Give three purposes of Organisation?

 The following are the three purposes of the organisation of the guidance programme:

1. Coordinating Guidance Work: A well-organised effort will integrate the efforts of different members of the staff.
2. Consolidation of Individual Efforts: It will facilitate to utilise of the qualities of each member of the staff in a systematic way for the purpose of guidance.
3. Economic Use of Time: Working for well-defined goals leads to economic use of the time of the counsellor and his time so saved will be utilised for more useful guidance activities.
