How the Communication Process Works With Examples
The process of exchanging information between a sender and a recipient is referred to as communication. The information may consist of thoughts, emotions, sentiments, views, and so on. A few ways to communicate are:
- (a) verbally, as in a face-to-face conversation, listening to a lecture, or watching TV;
- (b) written communication, as in sending messages using the letters of the alphabet so that they can be read; and
- (c) non-verbally, as in using facial expressions, postures, and gestures to convey emotions like anger or happiness.
