Vocational Counselling

Vocational counseling (also known as vocational rehabilitation) is a set of services designed to develop the skills and abilities of a person to the point they can perform a specific vocation in a productive way.

It is often provided following an accident or development of a disability in order to help an individual transition to a new job.

Counselling may be done in-house by counsellors provided by an employer or be outsourced to companies who specialize in vocational aspects of employment.

Personal- Social Counselling

Personal counselling is a process of self-discovery and growth.

It can help increase self-confidence, improve relationships, solve problems, achieve educational goals, and make good decisions for emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Marital Counselling

It helps couples take out time from their busy lives and focus on themselves which is needed for strengthening the relationship.

The marriage counsellor acts like a mediator between the couples and provides effective and healthy communication.

Marriage Counselling can help couples to analyse their behaviour patterns that lead to conflict. If the pattern is identified, the couples with the help of marriage counsellors can modify it.

Counseling gives the couples the tools that can improve their communication. It can settle misunderstandings and avoid miscommunications.
